Live, private yoga sessions designed around your body, your goals, and how you feel today. Practice from home with real-time guidance over Google Meet.
What this is
These are live online yoga sessions (not pre-recorded). Before we begin, I'll ask a few quick questions so the class matches what you need that day:
- What do you feel like practicing today?
- Any postures you want to learn?
- Any injuries, pain, or sensitive areas?
- Anything you want to strengthen or improve?
Then I'll sequence the class based on your answers.
Your teacher
Hi, I'm Jannah. I've been practicing since 2013 and teaching since 2018.
My teaching style is clear, practical, and tailored—so you can build strength, mobility, and steadiness without forcing your body.
Styles you can choose from
Vinyasa
Dynamic, flowy, dance-like movement. Great if you want energy, strength, and a full-body practice.
Yin
Passive stretches with longer holds (typically 3–5 minutes). Great for deep release, stress relief, and recovery.
Hatha
Steady, breath-led holds (usually at least 3 rounds of breath). This is the foundation of physical yoga—often labeled "beginner" in modern yoga, but really it's foundational for all levels.
If you don't know what you want, I'll guide you
Some days you just want someone to take the lead. If you're not sure what to practice, I'll guide you through a balanced 60-minute session that includes:
- Grounding and centering
- Pranayama (breathwork)
- Asana (poses that target major muscle groups and the five movements of the spine)
- Meditation and relaxation
Practice with your wife (or partner)
Yes—this can be done as a shared session. Couples often enjoy practicing together, especially when the class is personalized.
How it works
- Book the class (choose your preferred time)
- You'll receive payment instructions after booking
- Payment is upfront to confirm your session
- After payment is completed, you'll receive a confirmation email
- I'll send your Google Meet link a few hours before the class
- Join from your laptop, tablet, or phone
Timing + cancellation policy
- Sessions usually start and end on time.
- If we need to begin slightly later, I can sometimes be flexible (depending on my schedule), but the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
- Please cancel at least 3 hours before the session to avoid being charged.
- Cancellations within 3 hours (or no-shows) are charged in full.

- Comfortable clothes
- A quiet space
- A device with stable internet (camera/mic helpful)
