200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Philippines
A foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training rooted in steadiness (sthira) and ease (sukha). We offer the same curriculum in two locations: Davao (city-based) and Siargao (island). Small groups, learner-centered pedagogy, and the real skill of teaching—clear cues, intelligent sequencing, safe alignment, and the confidence to adapt for different bodies and needs.
What This Training Is
This is a foundational yoga teacher training Philippines program for people who want a strong base in yoga practice and the real skill of teaching. You'll learn through learner-centered pedagogy: we teach to the student, not at the student. We use sthira (structure, stability, skill) and sukha (ease, accessibility, sustainability) as a practical teaching framework. Both our YTT Philippines programs are Yoga Alliance–registered; graduates can apply for yoga certification Philippines as RYT 200 and teach worldwide.
